Your Favorite Fall Favors
We’ve already told you how to incorporate brown into your fall wedding, so why not make the season a part of your wedding favors, too? The rich fall tones–orange, brown, red and yellow–add a nice dramatic touch to your wedding and favor theme. Read on for our most festive fall favor picks.
1. Stop It
There’s nothing like a nice red wine by the fireplace on a chilly night. Curl up reading a good book (or watching a good episode of Say Yes to the Dress–your pick) and enjoy a glass of vino while you’re at it. Keep wine fresh with a copper finish bottle stopper for a bit of seasonal decoration for your countertop.

2. Picture Perfect
Leaves are changing, there’s a cool wind in the air and vibrant colors are naturally all around–isn’t fall the best time to snap cute couple photos? Whether you hire a pro or use your own point-and-shoot camera, fill your reception tables with pics of you and your man enjoying all the season has to offer. Pumpkin picking, anyone?
We like: Scenic View Tree-Branch Place Card/Photo Holder, starts at $1.95, myweddingfavors.com
3. Leaf It to Me
Bring the elements in with personalized leaves for your tables! In place of glitter or confetti, scatter a few well-placed leaves around your centerpieces and table settings. It’s a unique way to add a touch of the season into your reception.
We like: Personalized Fall Leaves, $79.98, myweddingfavors.com
4. Brownie Points
Send partygoers home with a few sweet treats. We’re thinking of these pumpkin-decorated brownie bites. They’re fun, festive and a great snack for guests to pick up for the drive home.
We like: Pumpkin Patch Gourmet Brownie Favors, $3.85 each, myweddingfavors.com

I would like to see something a little more alternative for wedding favors. My friend donated to the American Cancer Society by purchasing their wedding scrolls in lieu of favors. They’re beautiful! You can have one per table or for each place setting letting your guest know that a donation has been made on behalf of their attendance.
Coverage on that would be awesome!
